Magic Dragon

MG was born from the creative minds of Bob Sworaski (keyboards) and Gene Leone (drums) in 1975. They had the concept of recording a progressive rock opera taking place in space. Fantasy Suite was born.

After laying down the initial tracks with Linwood Burns on bass and Greg Hill on guitar, Saul Fineman joined the band to do the vocals. All this was recorded with Bob and Gene as the recording engineers under the tutelage of Bill Holland, owner of the studio Quad Recording.

Now, for the first time in 33 years, Fantasy Suite, plus four additional tunes, is being remixed and re-released after an initial run that sold out in Japan. Progressive rock is making a comeback!
