Mandy and Robert Dalton are a daughter and father team of singers living in the small, but beautiful town of Tellico Plains in East Tennessee. Mandy, born on July 1st of 1981 in Paris, TN grew up with a dad that sang her to sleep singing folk songs to tunes played on his acoustic guitar. However, she never let anyone know that the music sank into her soul until she started singing along with the radio at the age of 18.

When her father heard her, he couldn't believe what he was hearing. "It was unreal! I never even knew she could carry a tune until that day. Then out comes this beautiful voice I never knew she had! The first thing I did was get her to sit down and write a song with me. That first song was "One Way" and she proved herself to be a songwriter as well as a singer."
